  1. SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT, SECURED DEBT

  3. Gerald Giraffe, referred to as SECURED PARTY, is the holder of a
  4. security  agreement in the following collateral of Zelda Zebra,
  5. DEBTOR:

  9. with a present outstanding balance of $ 800.00 ( eight hundred &
  10. no/100 dollars),  inclusive of principal and interest and in
  11. consideration of 100.00,   hereby agrees that said security or
  12. mortgage interest shall be  subordinate to the security interest,
  13. mortgage or lien of Larry Lion,   in the following collateral of
  14. the security agreement:   
  15. promissory note from Gary Gorilla

  17. SECURED PARTY agrees to execute any and all documents reasonably 
  18. requested by Larry Lion.
